The Franklin Hampshire Career Center supports and promotes workforce and economic development in the region through the delivery of quality employment, training and education services that are responsive to and meet the needs of job seekers and employers.

Our offices are located in Northampton and Greenfield, with a satellite office in Orange, Massachusetts. We serve 50 municipalities across the Franklin Hampshire and North Quabbin area. In addition, the Career Center provides the following services to job seekers and employers.

Job search assistance and access to online job listings
Career counseling
Coaching on job search skills
Workshops on a variety of job search strategies
Access to resources including PCs, reference materials, resume building software, and economic data
Networking groups
Unemployment insurance walk-in services

Access to qualified applicants (APEX)
Applicant pre-screening
Posting of jobs
Assistance with small and large-scale recruitment activities
Help planning job fairs
Testing and assessment of job candidates
Targeted mailings
Usage of conference room space
Labor market information
