Staff Directory

The Northampton and Greenfield offices of the Franklin Hampshire Career Center each have on staff a trained Navigator to provide job search, outreach, education and support services to individuals with self disclosed disabilities. The Navigator is a resource, facilitator, problem solver, relationship builder and a tracker of Navigator customer services in the One-Stop Career Center. The purpose of a Navigator is to provide seamless and comprehensive services to persons with disabilities in One-stop Career Centers.

Our Navigators will assist people with disabilities to access the various programs and services that may affect their ability to gain, return to, or retain employment. The Navigators will also collaborate with employers to facilitate job placements for persons with disabilities and coordinate with community service providers working with people with disabilities. The Navigators foster linkages between these organizations and programs operating through One-Stop Career Centers.
