Participants may also qualify for training assistance purchased through the Individual Training Accounts (ITA) system. Options here may include Certificate programs at Community Colleges, CNA, Class A and B tractor trailer licenses, computer courses and many more.
In order to determine eligibility for training, customers must fill out a complete job seeker training form and a WIA Training Questionnaire available at the front desk. A WIA counselor will contact applicants to discuss eligibility and program requirements.
